Resolves the two flags from #515: records that hyperpolymath/standards defines no AFFIRMATION format (verified) so AFFIRMATION.adoc is a new artifact (proposable as an 8th A2ML format), and replaces the 5 inferred per-bot rows (gsbot, cipherbot, accessibilitybot, panicbot, the-hotchocolabot) with facts read from each bot's repo files.
